We have come a long way since we answered a brief from the New West End Company in 2011 to change their existing warden service and launched The Welcome People in the process. Today our clients include some of most innovative British BIDs representing some of most well-known tourist destinations in the UK.
Baker Street Quarter Partnership was established in April 2013 to bring a newfound purpose and focus to the Baker Street and Marylebone area. It was founded by a core group of businesses in the area and now represent over 170 to drive forward positive change to create a thriving and prosperous community for everyone.
Cheapside has become one of The City of London’s most prestigious shopping destinations, offering visitors a fusion of contemporary shops and restaurants –transforming the area into a seven day destination. No other shopping, business and visitor location can compare with Cheapside, set against a backdrop of one of the most historic parts of London and surrounded by world-famous landmarks.
Colmore Business District (CBD) is a business improvement district (BID) established to project manage improvements and services to the business quarter of Birmingham. Around 500 companies are located in the District employing up to 35,000 people and occupy approximately 5.6 million square feet of office space.
Croydon BID represents the interests of around 580 organisations, including well-known brands and businesses in the retail, office, leisure, hospitality and public sectors. In 2011, Croydon businesses voted overwhelmingly in favour of Croydon BID continuing for a further five year term from April 2012 to March 2017.
Leeds Business Improvement District (BID) has three key aims; to raise standards, raise awareness and add value by doing more things better for the benefit of all the businesses in the BID area. That includes retail, hospitality, commercial and corporate, arts and culture, leisure, third and public sector including the local authority and the NHS trust represented by Leeds General Infirmary.
